Who you're booking with

Tours are operated by Giovanni Varriale (VAT / P.IVA 10732211213), via Antonio Mancini 30, 80127 Naples (NA), Italy, referred to as "we", "us", or "Varriale Experiences" below.

Bookings & pricing

Prices are shown per person in euros and include the tour experience described on each tour's page. Paying in full includes 10% Italian tax; choosing the 20% deposit option skips that tax on the deposit, with the remaining 80% due in cash on the day of the tour. A booking is confirmed once payment (in full, or the deposit) is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Some tours can also be booked privately, at the price shown on that tour's page, subject to availability.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices, availability, and any promotional discounts are validated server-side at the time of booking, regardless of what is shown in your browser.

Cancellations & refunds

See our full Cancellation Policyfor when a refund is available. In short: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour's start time; no refund inside that window, and deposit bookings are settled in person rather than refunded online.

During the tour

Tours run rain or shine unless we contact you about severe weather. Arrive on time at the meeting point shown in your confirmation email — we're not able to hold a tour for a late arrival, and this is treated the same as a no-show for refund purposes. Let us know about dietary restrictions or accessibility needs in advance so we can plan around them; we can't always accommodate a request made on the day.

Liability

Our tours involve walking through public streets, historic sites, and food/drink tastings. Participate at your own comfort level and tell your guide about any allergy or condition that might matter. We're not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, third-party venue closures, or circumstances covered under force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute not resolved directly with us is subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have as a resident of the EU.
