Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all experiences booked through the Varriale Experiences website.

By booking an experience, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

3. Modifications

Requests to modify the date or time of an experience are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

We cannot guarantee modifications for last-minute requests.

4. Cancellations by Varriale Experiences

Varriale Experiences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Events beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Weather Conditions

Experiences operate in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

Cancellations due to weather will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Third-Party Bookings

For bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Viator or similar marketplaces), the cancellation and refund policies of those platforms apply.
