3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation.

  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the experience.

  • Payments are processed through third-party booking and payment platforms.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an experience at the scheduled time and meeting point, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the designated meeting point

  • Following the guide’s instructions

  • Ensuring they are physically fit for the experience booked

We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.

7. Liability

Varriale Experiences shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or force majeure

  • Third-party services not directly operated by us

Participation in experiences is at the participant’s own risk.

Some experiences may involve third-party providers. Varriale Experiences is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties.
